Eric Swanson, Senior Engineer and Member of Seitel Systems LLC, is on the front lines of our client service team taking care of networks, servers and desktops for clients. In any given week Eric will tackle projects ranging from basic systems maintenance to company-wide email platform upgrades. All of these activities are accompanied by a smile and a dry sense of humor, but what really makes Eric come to life is vanquishing a technology gremlin that’s been keeping a client from excelling at their work. Eric developed many of these skills at Seitel Leeds & Associates where he served in a similar role, and prior to that he served in a variety of software development and IT manager roles for various Seattle area companies.

Mr. Swanson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Seattle University, and he has also earned an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Computer Forensics and Security from Lake Washington Technical College. He has also earned a CompTIA Security+ rating, a Planet 3 Wireless CWNA and a Certificate in IT Service Management from the ITIL Foundation. In his spare time Eric is an avid cyclist and fly fisherman, and spends time with his family exploring the back country of Washington.
