We provide the remote tools

Our most lightweight option is SRP
Lite, which provides the industry-leading software tools your IT team needs to efficiently manage your systems themselves:

  • Automated Maintenance,
  • Monitoring, and Reporting
  • Password Management

Our monitoring software agents are
configured to your specifications, alerting your team to urgent issues that need attention and sending regular reports every month. While your in-house team is the primary resource for IT support, SRP Lite gives us visibility into your systems so that we can effectively support you when you need to call us for help.

SRP Essentials

We provide the remote tools + 
Service Desk Management

SRP Essentials includes all the tools
of SRP Lite, plus remote Service Desk management processes, robust
next-generation security defense tools, and regular remote review by our in-house technicians. This combination is ideal for clients who only need our remote Service Desk management without the onsite
human component.

Your onsite IT personnel can use their time efficiently on the work that matters most to them, since we’re keeping an eye on the health of your systems. SRP Complete

We provide the remote tools + Service Desk Management + Onsite Scheduled Support

SRP Complete adds onsite Scheduled Support to the tools and processes of SRP Lite and SRP Essentials, encompassing everything you need for complete proactive care and maintenace of your IT systems. 

  • Onsite Scheduled Support
  • Assigned Primary Engineer
  • Optional assigned Senior Engineer for IT strategy

SRP Complete is ideal for any company that wants onsite support at least every other month, in addition to outsourced remote Service Desk Management. If you are seeking to fully outsource your IT department, this is the SRP option that will suit you best.

If your team needs additional help resolving any issues or keeping up with regular maintenance tasks, our engineers are ready to help on a time & materials basis. Should you need to call on us for any reason, all SRP clients receive our Preferred Client discount on hourly rates.
