We provide the remote tools

SRP Essentials includes all the tools of SRP Lite, plus remote Service Desk management processes, robust next-generation security defense tools, and regular remote review by our in-house technicians. This combination is ideal for clients who only need our remote Service Desk management without the onsite human component.
Your onsite IT personnel can use their time efficiently on the work that matters most to them, since we’re keeping an eye on the health of your systems. Your team can perform regular scheduled maintenance and remediate issues found by the detailed semiannual review, or call us for hourly service when you need additional remote or on-site resources.
We provide the Tools + Service Desk Management + Onsite Scheduled Support
SRP Complete adds onsite Scheduled Support to the tools and processes of SRP Lite and SRP Essentials, encompassing everything you need for complete proactive care and maintenace of your IT systems.
SRP Complete is ideal for any company that wants onsite support at least every other month, in addition to outsourced remote Service Desk Management. If you are seeking to fully outsource your IT department, this is the SRP option that will suit you best.
